First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Q2 Software.
Application Support Analyst
The Q2 Software hiring journey usually kicks off with an online test covering aptitude, coding, and SQL skills. If you do well, you'll have a technical interview diving into Java, SQL, OOPs, and questions about your past projects. After that, there's a round with a manager or functional lead to check out your problem-solving, how you communicate, and how you'd handle real situations. The last step is typically a chat with a director or senior leader about why you want the job, if you'd fit in, and your future plans. For some jobs, there might be a quick HR chat about joining dates and what we expect from you.
- Define what a customer means to you.
Applications Support Analyst
I applied through my placement institution and went through 3 rounds. The first was a Hacker Earth assessment with MCQs and a video upload. Then there was a technical round, followed by a techno-managerial round. I was shortlisted for the technical interview at their Bangalore office at 2:00 PM. The interview process wasn't very professional, and I was really disappointed with my interview; it felt like they only conducted it for the sake of it. It was extremely bad, with the interviewer asking random, unnecessary questions. They seem to take advantage of job seekers.
- Could you write an SQL query involving joins?
Applications Support Analyst
I spoke with two Customer Service managers and the Customer Service director. We reviewed my resume, and they asked me some personality questions and questions about my current job. Everyone was really nice and friendly. They responded quickly to my follow-up email, and I got the offer the next week. It was a good experience.
- What drives you?
- What are your biggest frustrations?
- Can you describe a stressful situation you encountered in your current role and how you handled it?
