This hiring process was a mess, and I'd avoid it. They showed no respect for my time, taking months and only reaching out occasionally to ask me to complete a test or do another interview. They even asked for my SAT scores, which is strange for an adult. They also made it clear that working Saturdays and staying until 6 PM daily would be expected.

I would avoid this lengthy and inhumane process they drag you through. They weirdly emphasize asking where else you are applying. The interviews themselves are fine and average, but they are disrespectful to candidates who are taking time to jump through many hoops for them, like multiple exams, case studies, and filling out many forms on outdated platforms. The firm seems stuck in 1995 and seems like they only recently discovered that computers, let alone AI, exist. What they should be doing is hiring tech/software people to update their old processes.

It was a pretty long interview process. First, I had a casual behavioral chat over the phone. Then, I went through two behavioral assessments and after that two technical excel assessments. It took about a week between each assessment to hear back from the recruiter about moving forward. Overall, it was a good process that really checked my skills.
