The interview process was quite quick. I started with a recruiter call where I shared about myself and learned about the role they needed to fill. After researching the company and reading reviews, I proceeded to a phone screening. Following that, there was a bit of a wait because the hiring manager was busy, but then I had my in-person interview. I got the offer right after the interview, which shows they are a very process-oriented company.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process started with a phone interview and was followed by an in-person meeting. It was mostly about discussing what I could contribute and what I was looking for in the role. The initial stages involved conversations, and then it moved to a more practical, 'walk the talk' phase. Honesty is key, as the management values trust from the start; I've seen friends not get hired because they weren't truthful.

Grueling process. Started with a phone screen, then an in-person interview, followed by a technical interview and a second phone interview. They also had skills testing. It was tough, especially for the pay. I talked with really nice people and had good chats with management at every level. It was a fascinating experience.
