Technical Behavioral Case Presentation

First, we'll have a chat with two PMs where you'll need to do a stock pitch and tackle some easy technical questions. If that goes well, you'll head to the office for several 1-on-1 meetings with the team. These will mostly be a mix of behavioral and consulting-style questions. The final stage is a case study.

Technical Coding

The process had a phone screen with HR, then a take-home coding challenge, followed by a review/interview for that coding challenge. The last stage was an onsite interview. I don't think you should waste your time with this company because they don't respect your time. I was accepted and scheduled for the onsite interview after 3 prior rounds that went well. I had taken the day off of my current job for this onsite interview, but was informed by my recruiter the day before that they were cancelling with no explanation.

Behavioral Technical

So, for this role, there were three main interview stages. First, you talk to the recruiter or HR person to see if you're even a good fit. Then, if you pass that, you talk to people on the team you'd be working with, like your future colleagues or boss. They check out your skills and if you'd fit in. Lastly, if you make it that far, you interview with the higher-ups, like the directors or executives.

Behavioral Technical

For the role, I went through 4 rounds: 1. HR/recruiter zoom call that turned into a phone call because I had connectivity issues and they were really understanding 2. Project - immediately after, I was given a day to complete a mini project, basically answering 5 questions to gauge my understanding of the role/firm and abilities 3. zoom call with 2 senior managers, one who would be responsible for me if i were accepted 4. in-person interview, meeting with head of the department, 2 senior associates, would-be manager, and HR. Overall, the process was very quick with great response time. I was reached out to for the initial interview maybe 2-3 weeks after I first applied. Although I ended up not receiving an offer, everyone I spoke with was very kind and cordial and it seemed like a great place to work.
