I went through 2 technical interviews, then a manager interview, and finally an HR round. Everything seemed to go well, and we even agreed on compensation. But after that, the HR person just ghosted me, not responding to texts or emails. It would have been better if they had just told me the issues directly instead of ghosting. I waited over two weeks for a response. It was a pathetic experience.

Technical Behavioral

It was a multi-phase process. First, I had to fill out a questionnaire with technical questions about databases, including migration, performance, and querying data. Then, I had a call with HR where we discussed salary, working hours, vacation, and benefits, and I got to ask a lot of questions about the company and the role. After that, there was a technical interview with very detailed questions about using software like OEM and Oracle views/tools for data gathering. Lastly, I had a fit interview with the hiring managers.

So there were 4 stages total. First, they replied to my CV with fewer than 10 linux questions. Then, a quick 30min chat with HR. After that, a 1-hour tech interview, which was super chill. Next up, a 1-hour interview with the team leader and HR. It felt like the team leader was trying to get some work done during the interview, like typing stuff and not really paying attention to me. Finally, HR called with the usual generic message. Everyone but the team leader was nice. The team leader seemed really busy and probably just wanted the interview to be over.
