I went through three interviews. First, I spoke with the Director of the program. Then, I had a conversation with the HR Manager. Finally, I interviewed with the Director of the Leasing Department. Each person asked me similar questions about my resume and why I would be a good fit for the position.

The interview process was pretty easy. I had about an hour phone call with the director and then was invited to do an in person meeting at their office in downtown Syracuse. I met with the director again and then a representative. Overall, an easy interview with easy questions.

The interviewer was really rude and condescending. They said it was an entry-level job but then criticized me for not having experience. He just stared at me in awkward silence. I almost walked out because I didn't want to work for him. I didn't get an offer, and I didn't even get a rejection.

It's kind of a shotgun style interview process, so you never really know who you're going to interview with because it's whoever is available that day.
