The interview process was pretty normal. The team here is great, really down to earth and they seem to genuinely care about their clients and helping them with their future. The dress code is super casual, just a regular polo shirt. I did notice that overtime was pretty common during my time there. The clients themselves were also really cool.

I applied to Pyramid jobs that I'm qualified for multiple times over months. Despite meeting all requirements, I received instant rejections via email saying they are moving on with other candidates. One email was sassy and said something like 'again, we appreciate your interest but are moving on with other candidates.' So be it. These roles stay open but the company reviews speak for themselves.

It was a pretty long process, starting with a recruiter call. Then there was a gap of a couple of weeks before the actual interview. The interview itself was quite brief, not many questions were asked, but they were focused on understanding my suitability for the role and my availability.

Started with a phone screen where they asked common interview questions about my background, what I'm good at and not so good at, and why I think I'd be a good fit. Then had a second interview over MS Teams with the Hiring Manager, which involved more technical questions. It was a nice interview experience overall.
