Had about 3 rounds of interviews and a modeling exam. One interview was with an analyst, associate, and director. We were given a few hours to complete the modeling exam. It was a fairly straightforward process. The team is very nice and passionate about the Hospitality industry.

I was excited to be contacted by Pyramid, a top management company in hospitality, for this role. The HR person was nice, and I described my background. I sent two follow-up emails about potential next steps, one right away and another two weeks later. I'm bummed that my emails weren't even acknowledged, and my application still says "under review" even though the job posting is gone and it's been a month.

I got an email to schedule a call with the GM for the HR role at World of Whirlpool in Chicago. After the call with him, I had another call with his assistant GM. I followed up twice but was completely ghosted. I had great conversations with both of them. I only found out I didn't get the role via the portal.

I applied online for a regional position. About a week later, I got a call to schedule a phone interview with the person I would report to. The interview went fine. We talked about my experience, the role, and what was expected. I was told the next step was a face-to-face interview, but I never heard back. The person I spoke with didn't return my calls or emails, and neither did HR or the hiring team.
