First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Pyramid Analytics.
Inside Sales Representative
3 Step interview process. First, an initial screen call where they asked basic questions, reviewed my background with the company, and discussed my career ambitions and expectations. Then, a face-to-face interview with the Sales Director, which was a friendly chat covering lead management, outreach strategy, CRM hygiene, lead qualification, and pipeline management. Finally, a presentation to the Sales Director and Principal Architect, involving a 15-20 minute demo that included a company presentation, market landscape overview, and product demo. After that, an offer and negotiation.
- In what ways do you distinguish yourself from other Inside Sales Representatives?
Software Engineer
Two people explained about the `Pyramid Analytics` system. They asked me to tell them about myself and something I worked on recently. At the end, they gave me a question in Java. The interview was not interactive at all, and the second interviewer seemed really unhappy the whole time. I couldn't focus with all the intensity in the air, so I couldn't come up with a solution during the interview. Advice for recruiting teams: be more pleasant, an interview is stressful enough without judgmental faces.

Marketing
It was a good experience, with nice people and a great culture. The company has amazing tech, fantastic customers, and solid investors. The interview lasted about an hour and concluded with a request for references, which I provided. I'm now waiting to hear back.

Had a standard interview process with managers, they asked thoughtful questions. In total, there were 3 interviews with different teams. It was a positive experience for me. If you're looking for a BDM role, I'd recommend interviewing here.
