Behavioral

The interview process was straightforward, focusing on situational and behavioral questions. However, the communication was terrible. Although I was told it was a priority role, it took several months after applying for the first interview, then a few more weeks for the second, and then another three months before I was informed I wasn't selected. It was a terrible candidate experience overall.

Behavioral Technical

We had a 30-minute session with quick questions and answers. You should be ready with all IFRS and other accounting principles, and up-to-date with laws and regulations. Make sure to ask relevant questions at the end, and also make them feel like you'd be a long-term employee, given the high turnover in audit firms.

The interview process was great and smooth, respectful with proper guidance and feedback. No delays and all steps of the process were respected. There were some tricky questions but no case studies. I met the senior director and partner, as well as HR.
