First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at PwC Canada.
Administrative Assistant
So first, I had two quick calls with HR, like 5-7 minutes each, just asking basic stuff like my availability and salary expectations. Then, they set up a video interview where they have pre-recorded questions, and you get 3 minutes to answer each, with only 2 tries per question. After that, there was an interview with two managers from the team I applied to. Both the video and the manager interview were pretty heavy on behavioural questions, asking for examples of when I failed at a task or had a coworker issue, you know, that sort of thing.

Administrative Assistant
The initial phone interviews were successful. The recruiter let me know I didn't get the job but mentioned similar roles would be posted soon. She followed up when they were, and I applied. Things were going well, and she asked if I could be in Vancouver by early June since I was moving from the US to Canada. I confirmed I could, but mentioned I'd need a formal offer letter for my work visa. After days of silence, then weeks, and multiple emails with no reply, I finally got a generic email in mid-June. It said they chose a local candidate and didn't want to deal with immigration issues. I've since given up on Canada, as their visa process is tricky – you need a job offer for a visa, but can't get a job offer without a visa.
