So the first interview was a phone call where they asked some typical behavioral questions. Then, the second interview was a group case study, and I was in a team with 3 other people.

Technical Case Behavioral

First, you apply and do an online test with aptitude questions (math, logic, verbal), some situational judgment stuff, and maybe coding if it's a tech role. Then, an HR person calls to chat about your background, why you want to work here, and when you can start. Next, there's a technical or case interview, depending on the job – a business case for consulting, coding for tech, or accounting/tax for audit. After that, you'll interview with a manager or partner about your behaviors, if you fit the culture, how you solve problems, and your leadership and teamwork skills. Lastly, a final HR round to talk about salary, starting date, and other logistics.

Behavioral

I was contacted by a recruiter after applying and had a pre-screening call with some very boilerplate questions about my experience and skills. Unfortunately, I did not make it past that stage because I never heard back from the recruiter.
