I met with two people at their Chapel Hill location. They were very nice and professional, and I thought the interview went well. They made me feel like I would be a great asset to their team and raved about some of my skills. I felt very confident coming out. Two weeks went by and I heard nothing from them. I reached out to check in and got no response. I reached out again another two weeks later and still no response. This company is very small, so there was no excuse for not contacting me. So unprofessional and completely rude. Tip for the company - next time if you don't think a candidate is a good fit, that is totally fine and understandable. Just have the decency to take a minute or less and let them know you are moving on instead of ignoring them.

The first interview will be a group interview where you will be given various common sense tasks to complete. If you pass, they will call you back for a one on one interview to tell if you got the job.

We had a group interview where we talked about putt-putt and played some games to see how good you are with kids. Then there were team challenges. After all the fun stuff, they pulled people out one-on-one for more serious and personal questions.

It was super straightforward. I chatted with the manager, and they told me about the role. They asked about my previous jobs and then gave me a survey to complete about how I'd handle different scenarios. That was the only interview, and I got the job offer a few days later since they needed someone quickly.
