I had 2 rounds of interviews for this internship. The first round was a 45-minute session that included a behavioral interview and one case study question. The second round also had a behavioral component and two case study questions, with each case study taking 45 minutes. The final case study was conducted with senior managers.

The interview involved a case study focused on entering the market with a specific cancer drug. It was challenging due to numerous inclusion and exclusion criteria, and required significant mental arithmetic. Despite the complexity, the interviewer provided helpful guidance. The interviewer was very pleasant and approachable.

So there were 2 main stages to the interview process. The first stage was a 45 minute interview split into 15 minutes for fit questions and 30 minutes for a case study. The second stage was a longer, 2.75 hour interview. This one had 45 minutes for fit, 45 minutes for a quantitative case, and 45 minutes for a qualitative case, and then finished with a 30 minute Q&A session.
