Case Behavioral

The interview process had two main rounds. The first round was 15 minutes for fit and 30 minutes for a case, conducted by a senior associate and an associate II. The final round consisted of a 45-minute qual case, a 45-minute quant case, a 30-minute fit interview, and a 30-minute Q&A session. This final round was with two consultants, one senior consultant, and one AC. After the final round, there's a background check and an offer is extended.

Behavioral Case

First there was a fit interview with HR, then about 3-4 interviews on the same day with different people at Putnam, from different levels. They asked behavioral/fit questions and a case, which was pretty basic. Everyone was nice and let me ask questions, it was pretty engaging.

Behavioral Technical

I went through a few interviews. First, a 30-minute call with the US-based talent acquisition lead, which was pretty easy. Then, a 30-minute interview with a principal consultant from HQ. This one felt odd because the interviewer didn't seem very engaged and asked a vague question about my course, like they hadn't prepared.
