Project Manager
Interviews can be an intensive and sometimes long process, but it seems they are making an effort to move people through the stages at a more reasonable pace. You will likely have at least one panel interview where you meet with multiple people at once, and will likely have a few rounds each time you're on site.

- How do you feel about working with AI tools?
- What's your process for learning AI?
Management
I went through a lot of interview rounds and had to visit their office three times. The walk from the subway was pretty rough. I met about twelve people and then had to prepare a presentation using data they provided. During the presentation, I questioned one of their assumptions, which didn't seem to go over well. It felt like they weren't open to different ideas, which was surprising given their talk about diversity. In the end, I didn't get the job, which is fine, but what was frustrating is that they later removed the job posting and I heard they decided not to hire anyone at all. The whole thing felt like a waste of time since the role wasn't even filled.
- What role does AI play in your business model?
Individual Giving Manager
A recruiter reached out on LinkedIn to chat about potential opportunities and see if I was aligned with their mission. We had a call that same day. Afterward, they thought I'd be a good fit for an open role and offered an interview for the next day. I accepted and then had a video call with the hiring manager. It went really well; we connected and she seemed very interested in what I'm currently doing. It felt more like a conversation than a formal interview. The following Monday, I received a standard rejection email from the initial recruiter.
- Can you describe your methods for customizing donor engagement efforts?
Analyst
The interview process at Pursuit is quite lengthy and demanding. I went through multiple rounds, starting with the Hiring Manager and then facing a panel. Although I was really keen on working with the Hiring Manager, unfortunately, I didn't get the offer. I reached out to the Hiring Manager for feedback on why I was rejected, and they generously dedicated an hour of their personal time to explain areas for improvement and even offered support.
- Can you explain how to construct a neural network model to analyze the strength of relationships?
