& Process

The whole process was conducted in English and remotely. I got all the contact information through an email address I had registered on the "Indeed" website. After that, the recruiter reached out to me and scheduled the interviews.

Started with a one-way video interview where you record yourself answering questions. The first few questions were behavior-based, and the last few were timed and technical. It would be helpful to research basic terms related to the field you're applying for. After that, there was an in-person interview with two managers. It was a pretty straightforward process, focusing more on personality and background than technical skills. Sadly, even though it was advertised as full-time, they only offered an independent contractor role, suggesting you could 'grow into it' if you were 'hungry'. Definitely felt like a bait and switch.

I started with a video interview, then had a second interview with upper management. It went really well. They said they'd contact me for a third interview within a week, but then I got an email saying the job was filled. I got to take a tour of the office and meet lots of people. The whole process took about 2-3 months. PLM is really bad at keeping in touch, don't expect calls or emails back. They are disorganized and poorly managed. I've heard mostly negative things about PLM from others, so I'd recommend avoiding them.
