Technical Other

The whole process took about a month for me. They require mandatory fingerprinting as part of the hiring process, and you have to pay for it yourself. It was $75 in my case. There was a written exam and a road test before they hire you. It takes several days between when you get your test results and when you actually take the test. Don't expect to get a score, just a pass or fail, even though they say you need 80% to pass.

Behavioral Technical Other

The whole thing took only a couple of days. First, there was a phone interview with HR. Then, a very short 30-second call from someone who was probably my supervisor. After that, I got an email with an online test about road signs and rules. Then, another video interview with HR. Following that, there was a road test in a cube van – definitely check how to drive it online beforehand because nobody explains it, and you need to know it if you've never driven one before! Finally, I got an email saying I wasn't a good fit, and that was it. Everything was super quick and felt very impersonal.

Behavioral Technical

The interview was quick and simple. I was ready and had a good amount of whiskey in me to get through the hardship I was expecting that fall day!
