The interview process started with a call from an internal recruiter to go over basic information. The second interview was with an HR manager who was pleased with my application and wanted to move me forward. She sent me helpful information to prepare for the next interview, specifically pointing me to behavioral questions and suggesting I prepare STAR responses for about 12 common Glassdoor questions. The final interview was a 3-hour Teams meeting. The first hour was with the National Sales Director, the second with a Regional Manager, and the third with the Hiring Manager. The National Sales Director reviewed my resume and asked STAR questions. The Regional Manager also asked STAR questions and we connected over our shared passion for the industry and her commitment to Purina. The Hiring Manager focused on behavior-assessment questions and then we discussed Purina, the products, and the region. I was impressed by their dedication to the company and their teams.

They will explain the process of production and tell you what type of feed they produce and how the machines run in the plant.
