So initially, I had a screening call with the technical recruiter. After that, I had technical round 1. Then they asked me to come in person for a communications round. But on the day of the interview, I got an email saying the position was already filled and the interview was cancelled.

The interview process was really disappointing. They had a technical assessment involving a CSS and React coding challenge on HackerRank. However, HackerRank kept crashing, so I couldn't finish it. I tried contacting HR multiple times by email and phone, but nobody got back to me or offered any help. Even the email address they gave bounced back as invalid. It's super frustrating dealing with such bad communication and lack of support during hiring.
- Could you describe the most challenging project you've encountered?
Consultant
My interview experience with pureIntegration was smooth and fast. My recruiter kept me informed and was available to answer any questions I had and follow up with management for any post-interview discussions. Overall, the time from the interview to onboarding was quick once the contract was finalized. It was a good experience to meet C-Suite executives and have them interview me personally. They focus a lot on growth and ask questions about your personal goals to see how they align with the company's.
