It was a really relaxed and pleasant interview experience, the office was nice and not stressful at all. They asked about my background and general stuff. Honestly, it was a great time and nothing to really stress about during the whole process.

The interview was relaxed, casual, and very informative. Dress casually. It took about 1 hour. It wasn't a traditional interview, more informative than anything. I got a really good understanding of the role and the culture/people.

It began with a webinar, followed by a local meeting. I had a tough time trying to set up a door-to-door sales shadowing opportunity with the Area Director, who ghosted my messages. After contacting his supervisor, we finally arranged the shadowing. Following the shadowing, I mentioned I'd need some time to think about the offer. But when I followed up the next week, I got no response again. This has been really frustrating. I was planning to suggest a new role that could potentially save Purelight Power money, but due to the communication problems, I'm having second thoughts. I think companies really need to look at how they communicate, especially now with so many people looking for jobs and needing stability. I was really excited about working there and would consider a position if they can genuinely acknowledge these issues, promise to fix them, and assure me this review won't be held against me if I'm hired or considered.
