E-Commerce Manager
Sent a lot of emails before the first interview. The first interview was with the HR manager, then the next was with the HR Manager and head of HR. After that, I interviewed with the hiring manager. I got through all the interviews and was told I was at the final stage, and they would set up an in-person interview. A month went by, and after several emails asking about the status, I received a generic email saying they were no longer hiring for the role. It was a complete waste of my time and energy, and I would avoid applying or interviewing with this company again. They even said I was overqualified, but honestly, it was a waste of time and showed poor organization on their end.
- Can you share some general details about your experience?
Order Puller
I applied online and then about 2-3 weeks later, I got a call to come to a job fair. Everything happened at the job fair; I had 2 interviews back-to-back. It was pretty chill and only took about an hour total.
- Can you describe your previous work experience?
- Share an example of a time you had to make a decision.
- Tell me about a time you provided great customer service.
Product Coordinator
The interview process involved initial screening questions and then a chance to discuss your work experience. Following that, there was a lunch with the team, and then about four in-person interviews on the same day. The entire onboarding process took approximately one month. I tried to negotiate my salary, but they were unwilling to change it, which was disappointing given the low compensation offered. There was no bonus.
- Can you walk me through your experience using the STAR method?
Supervisor
Super smooth process. It was a small panel interview. The HR staff were warm and easy to work with. They asked direct questions looking for answers that apply directly to work related issues. Usually, only one interview is required.
- Tell me about your experience with Lean manufacturing.
