Developer
The interview process is pretty straightforward. First, there's a technical interview. If you pass that, you move on to an HR round. The technical interview focused on the projects you've worked on and some general topics like Computer Networking, Operating Systems, and SQL.
- Can you explain your projects in detail?
- Tell me more about the projects you've worked on.
- Describe your experience with Computer Networking.
Supply Chain Manager
I wanted to share my wonderful experience with the interview process. There were three rounds, including a panel interview. Everyone involved was really professional and friendly, making me feel comfortable. The HR team was super responsive and helpful, answering all my questions quickly. I really enjoyed the interviews, and the leadership team took their time to explain the role in detail, so I understood what to expect. It was a really pleasant and informative experience from beginning to end.
- Can you tell me about yourself and highlight your experience relevant to this role?
Intern
So the interview process was like this: 1 Assessment round, then 2 Technical rounds, and 1 HR round. There were aptitude and coding questions. I got selected in the assessment round, but I missed the pre-placement talk because I was in a group discussion for another company, and that really hurt me in the HR round, I think. In the first round, they asked puzzles with a bit of technical stuff. The second round was all about the role I chose, which was Data Analyst. Since I'm good with Python, they asked me some questions about data and SQL queries, specifically joins, using three tables. I managed to do that. I was selected for the HR round, but because I didn't attend the PPT, they put a lot of pressure on me there, and I think I lost my chance.
- Questions about OOPs, SQL, front-end (React), back-end, or full-stack technologies.
- Using three tables (student IDs, programming languages, and student enrollment data), construct a SQL query to identify and display all programming languages that have not been selected by any student.
Marketing Director
The internal recruiter reached out, but there was confusion due to conflicting info from the external recruiter, happening more than once. When I got to Atlanta earlier than planned from the airport, the internal recruiter was leaving for lunch and told me she'd be back in 90 minutes, basically leaving me alone. The interview with the CMO was very stiff, like talking to a statue, and it was obvious she didn't really get the digital world. Her interview style was old-fashioned, and I was likely 10 years older than her. The only interview I actually liked was with someone who was working from home. She seemed sharp and capable, though clearly overworked. It sounded like she had been trying for about 18 months to get senior management to understand that her experience meant she could lead their digital initiatives effectively.
- Everyone I met was cold, the whole experience was distasteful.
