I first applied online via the Puratos website. The application took a while, but the site was user-friendly with good and clear instructions. The whole process went quite smoothly. Next, I had a conversation with HR via Teams within 2 weeks of applying. The process was well-organized, and the interview was conducted in a respectful and constructive manner.

This was a 3-round process, and the initial interactions were nice with clever questions. However, it felt like while I was a viable candidate, I was treated with respect. After I was no longer considered an interesting option, the game changed completely. There was no feedback whatsoever, a lack of communication, and apparently my name was completely forgotten. It was a poor candidate experience.

Initial 30min exploratory phone call with HR. Followed by an in-depth Teams meeting with HR and the direct manager, where the role was discussed extensively. Then, a physical meeting with the HR responsible person, where salary expectations were also discussed. The decision was made to proceed with 2 final candidates for an assessment, but I was not selected for that. However, the entire process was very pleasant and transparent.
