Risk Manager
The interview process wasn't too heavy on questions, mostly behavioral with a bit of technical stuff. It kicked off with a quick intro and then we dove into discussing the PNB fraud case and how to mitigate risks in similar situations.
- Can you outline the various types of risks and the strategies to mitigate them?
Manager
PNB has a two-step selection process. First, you have to get through the written exam by IBPS. If you pass that, you'll be called for a group discussion and an interview.
- If a project is proposed, how would you go about assessing if it's feasible?
- When a borrower or company approaches you for a loan, what's the very first question you'd ask them?
Management Trainee
the process of getting employed in a public sector organisation is country level entrance test, followed by group discussion and/or interview. In my case there was two tier written test followed by an interview. the interview for all the selected individuals spanned over 3 days all over the country with various center. around 200 were called each day for the interview across various states so one can imagine the waiting the one has to go through even if there are 3-4 panels. My turn came after a suspense period of 7 long hours of waiting. The interview panel to my surprise was very jovial and made me feel at home from the moment i entered the interview hall.
