Behavioral Presentation

I had an in-person interview with 4 very friendly people. They asked basic questions about my past work experiences, my strengths and weaknesses, and asked me to talk a bit about myself. There was also a sales test. They called the next day to let me know if I got the job or not.

Behavioral Presentation

After I submitted my resume, it took them about four days to get back to me for an interview. I'm usually not great on the phone, but they made it really easy. We set a time for that weekend, and I drove down there. When I arrived, one of the team members immediately stopped what he was doing to find the manager for me, which was pretty cool. The manager and the supervisor who was helping were both super friendly and put me right at ease. The whole experience from the start was comfortable and that feeling has stuck with me since I started working here.

The interview process is a bit long, but considering all companies are similar, I can't complain. The interviewers were friendly and communicated the results.
