The interview was a very pleasant, relaxed video call lasting about 45 minutes. I talked about my personal career path. They also asked about my hobbies and free time activities. The general situation and the exact job description at the Puma location were explained very well.

I had a phone screen with HR, then an in-person interview with the manager and supervisor I'd work with, which went great. They called me back for a second round. I was asked to create some key documents from scratch over the weekend. Then I met with a VP, an SVP, the original two people, and a junior associate. I thought it went well, but I never heard back after that. I tried calling and emailing multiple times, but got no response or feedback, even from HR. Their lack of professionalism was really off-putting. If they treat candidates like that, I wonder how they treat employees.
