Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at PUMA.
Marketing Assistant
We started with a brief introduction to myself and the company. Then, we went through my CV together, and I had a few follow-up questions about university and prior internships. After that, there were some technical questions, and at the end, I had the chance to ask my own questions.
- What do you know about Puma's current marketing strategy?
- Let's talk about performance marketing, including SEO and SEA.
- How can we optimize the website using Large Language Models?
Marketing
The interview process was structured and professional. Communication was clear, and interviewers were respectful and well-prepared. Overall, a positive experience that provided insight into the company’s values and culture. Very engaging and friendly.
- Can you provide examples from your past work experiences?
Marketing Executive
The HR experience was terrible. I was told the last interview would be in person, but they gave me no address, only a Teams link, which made me think it was virtual. The recruiter blamed me for this mix-up. Both the recruiter and hiring team said they'd tell me the result, but I had to ask them myself. It was surprising for a company that claims to be a top employer.
- What motivated your decision to select Puma?
