The interview process was great, though it did take a while. It began with an online application, followed by a virtual interview. After that, there were meetings with HR, the manager, the director, and a coworker. The entire process lasted a month, and although I reached the end, I didn't get an offer. I did enjoy meeting everyone, though.

Recruiter reached out on LinkedIn about a role. Had a screening call. Was told they were waiting on a salary range approval from corporate before setting up further interviews. After the initial call, there was a 12-day wait to schedule a three-part in-person interview that was two weeks away. The in-person interview happened, and I was told I'd hear back. I sent thank you notes and tried to get interviewer emails from the recruiter, but got no response. I followed up multiple times over several weeks via email and LinkedIn. No communication since July 16th when an interviewer changed last minute. The process began June 11th and it's now August 16th, with no updates on next steps or a decision.

It took a while to hear back about the initial phone screen. After speaking with HR, they scheduled the next interviews quickly, with two happening on different days. I didn't hear anything after that and was ghosted. I emailed for feedback about 4 weeks after the interview, but got no response. I emailed again 4 weeks after that (so 2 months after the interview) and received an automated rejection about two hours later. It seemed like PUMA was having internal issues that were straining their teams, and it didn't sound like a great place to work.
