Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at PUMA.
Graphic Designer
It was a long interview process, but it was good. There were a couple of interview rounds, and I had to do a design task presentation. The interviewers were really kind, and they always listened to and replied to my questions.
- What is your perception of Puma?
Graphic Designer
The interview process for the Junior Graphic Designer role at Puma was very friendly, transparent and easy-going. It began with a first interview with the Head of Design and another Senior Designer via teams, followed by a task that I presented in-person in Puma's HQ in Hero. Communication was clear throughout, and while I wasn't selected, the experience was positive and professional. Overall, it was an insightful glimpse into Puma's culture and commitment to finding the right fit for their team.
- Can you describe your design process?
Graphic Designer
We started with a phone interview to narrow down the candidates. They wanted to know why I was interested in Puma, if I had apparel or retail design experience, how I work with other Designers and Art Directors, and my salary history.
- Do you have any experience with apparel design?
