I applied and it took about a month for them to get back to me. They sent over a link where I had to upload a video answering some questions, and I could re-record my answers if I wanted to, within a 5-day window. About two months after I first applied, they let me know that they were still interviewing and I was still being considered. Then, about 3.5 months after I initially applied, I got a rejection email via Workday. I never actually spoke to anyone on the phone or had a video call throughout the whole process. My application status on Workday just stayed as 'Under Review' the entire time.

The scheduling process was a nightmare. An intern handled the scheduling, and they failed to inform me twice that an interview wasn't set up, requiring me to call them and even headquarters. When an interview was finally almost set for Monday, I tried getting confirmation on Friday, but got no response. On Monday morning, two hours before the interview, I was told confirmations aren't sent until everyone accepts. Luckily, I lived nearby. After the interview, the intern mentioned they'd follow up via school email as they'd be on vacation for two weeks. Three weeks have passed, and I haven't heard back, suggesting I was set up to fail.
