The interview process dragged on for over 4 months just to reach the second round. HR kept rescheduling, and at one point, they just announced a reschedule without providing a new time or date. Despite trying to reach out to HR multiple times, there was complete silence. After three months of no communication, HR finally got back in touch about the second round interview. It really wasn't a good experience at all.

The interview process was quite drawn out, I went through at least 5 rounds. After each round, they quickly moved me to the next stage and wanted me to be available soon. I had to go to the office three times, which could have been planned better. Towards the end, I had to quickly fill out a form with my salary details and expectations for a proposal, and then it went completely silent with no updates. It was a disappointing and disrespectful experience.

Got a call from Michael Page consultant and then from the company HR. Had to follow up a lot with the HR to get an interview slot. The process was very casual and slow. Round 1 - Panel was good and professional, but I had to call them regularly. Round 2 - Management was very unprofessional. They cancelled the interview once, and the second time, senior management didn't show up, leaving me on hold for 20 minutes. After calling HR, they blamed the consultant. Then, the consultant said they were looking for internal candidates, which was never communicated earlier and wasted my time.
