Had a quick phone interview where they asked about my availability. Then, I had a second interview with the manager and a senior team member. The final interview was a panel interview with the entire team. They responded very fast via email.

I sent in my application online and then got a call back for a phone interview. First, I had a phone screen with the HR coordinator. After that, they invited me for a video interview where I spoke with two accounting managers.

Recruiter reached out via email about a different role than what I applied for, since I was a bit short on the experience for the original posting. I was happy they still considered me for another role, so the recruiter set up a video call between me and the hiring manager. That went well and then I had a video panel interview with the team. I think it went pretty well, they seemed like nice people and I enjoyed chatting with them. After a week with no word, I emailed the recruiter. No response so I waited a bit longer and emailed one last time. The recruiter replied saying they chose someone else and I should have gotten an email from Workday about the position being filled. Since I interviewed for a different role, that email didn't make sense for my situation. I thought it was rude and unprofessional that after meeting the team, they couldn't even send a quick email to say I didn't get the job.

Applied online and heard back about a week later to set up a phone chat. The phone interview was about a week after that, and they asked some basic questions. Then, I was invited for an in-person interview with two people. It was pretty relaxed, with typical questions about my experience, why I left my last job, and what I was looking for. We talked about pay, and they answered everything I asked. Got the offer the day after.
