First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Pulse Client Experts.
Customer Service Specialist
I got a message from the recruiter introducing herself, mentioning the company and the position briefly. Then, she said we'd do a quick simulation via WhatsApp for a customer service interaction. I did the simulation and was praised for my performance. After that, we scheduled an in-person interview at the company's headquarters.
- This role operates in a high-volume, fast-paced, dynamic, and somewhat stressful setting with demanding customers and requires quick resolutions. How do you feel about this, and are you ready for it?
CX and Business Specialist
The interview was done online quickly, but it's never certain they'll get back to you even if your resume is a perfect fit. The interview is collective and they ask everyone basically the same questions.
- What was the reason for leaving your last job?
Specialist
The interview was very good. The recruiter explained everything about the company, the role, and the expectations. I felt relaxed during the process because the interview was conducted in a light manner. There were some more technical questions and others more focused on projects and experiences. Overall, it was positive.
- Tell me about a project you were most proud of completing.
Telemarketing Operator
It was clear and objective, with many selective and objective questions. We talked about my previous work experience, how long I worked there, my position, my duties, the benefits I would receive, and a bit about the company.
- What area did you work in before?
- What did you do?
- How long did you work there?
