The interview process was quite detailed. It started with a phone screen, then I had a one-on-one with the GM who checked my background and skills. After that, I interviewed with the CEO and some other key people.

I first sent my resume to HR and then had a phone screen. After that, I went in person to interview with a few leads. They told me about the company mission and gave a general idea of the job. Then there was an offer letter and drug test. I also had to demo the retail applications and write an MS-SQL query on a whiteboard.
