The management is really nice and wants to know about you. Just be yourself and they'll be happy to learn about you! I had one interview with an Assistant Manager, then a separate one with the General Manager. Dress business casual, they are all about the fiesta!

They had a timely interview to get a sense of who I am. It felt like the point was to see if I would fit in well with the people I would be working with. The interview felt like it was very focused on how I spoke and interacted with the interviewer. It was a pretty straight forward process and the interviewer was very nice.
