They ghosted me after 3 interviews. I guess they just didn't feel the connection anymore. It's a shame they didn't have the decency to let me know they decided not to proceed. Interviews are time consuming and they should be considerate of people's time and effort.

So, the interview process was pretty decent, and this company is quite selective. Out of 907 applicants, only two of us got selected. There were 4 rounds in total: an aptitude test, an essay, a group discussion, and then a personal interview. The interview panel consisted of 3 members plus an HR representative. The whole interview lasted about 25-30 minutes.

The interview started with a nice, personalized welcome. Most of the interviewers were good, though one didn't seem to interact with this role. Things looked positive until I followed up. HR then said they had a different role for me but never got back to me.
