When you get there, you have to wait, for me it was 15 mins. Then someone comes to take you to the manager. It was uncomfortable, they went straight to questions, only cared about the answers and then it was over. No call or update on if you got the job.
- Are you available to work extra hours and on Saturdays?
Associate
I applied on Indeed and had a pre-screen call with the Talent Acquisition Specialist. Then, I had an interview with the hiring manager. Finally, I interviewed with the whole team. The communication with the hiring team was thorough and positive throughout the process.
- Can you tell me about your previous work experience?
- Describe how you would handle various situations.
Bank Teller
It was pretty straightforward, involving typical customer service inquiries and conducted face-to-face. You'll get a response quickly, depending on how many people are applying. I received a call back the same day and was offered the job.
