Paid Social Associate
I got referred and applied online. The whole process took a while, over two months and was really hard. First, I had a chat with HR. They told me about two jobs and I chose the one I liked best after talking to the managers. Then, I had four Teams interviews with people from the Paid Social team, one after another. After that, I had to prepare and give a presentation to a bunch of people from the team. The recruiter went quiet for over a week, so I messaged them. They said the job was on hold. A month later, the recruiter got back to me and said the job was available again. I had another round of four back-to-back video interviews with team members. Again, the recruiter didn't get in touch for a week, so I followed up. Finally, I had one last phone interview with my future manager and got the offer right after. This probably wasn't the usual process, but it was super tough.

Senior Programmatic Associate
There was an initial information session, but it started at the wrong time zone, which caused issues for several attendees. This was followed by an HR interview. In total, there were two interview rounds, with an Excel test administered in between. Throughout the entire process, the communication was very responsive. I reached the final stage but was then ghosted. I followed up with a thank you note, hoping to at least get confirmation that another candidate was selected, but received no reply.

Media Planner
I had a phone interview in mid December. I was selected for the next round which was a face to face interview with 3 team leaders. These were 1 on 1 instead of a panel. It was nice getting to know them, the interview lasted longer then I expected, which I was happy about. Then a week later, after staying in touch with one of the nicest recruiters I've ever experienced, I did find out they went with another candidate. I did however receive very positive feedback from the interviews and will look forward towards another position opening up that I may be considered for.
- How would you describe yourself in three words?
Media Manager
The recruiter and team were super nice and responsive, really making me excited about PHM. I turned down the offer mainly because the process was just too slow. It took like a month to get a screening call, with the recruiter rescheduling a few times, each week apart. Then the hiring team took two weeks to look at my resume. After that, scheduling interviews took time, and each round was over a week apart. PHM seemed a bit upset I declined, but that was the only reason. Maybe another time!
