For this position, there were two interviews. Both focused more on how well I'd fit with the company culture and values rather than my technical skills. The first interview did include some technical questions, though. I later learned that some roles here go through 3 or 4 interviews before an offer is made. The CEO has to sign off on all offers.

The company values referrals, so a known candidate is a plus. The interview process included several company interviews and a 5-minute presentation on a topic of your choice.
