We set up a virtual interview for a week out. When we got on the call, the recruiter only asked me one thing about where I live. He said I was too far, even though my address was on my application and I knew which location I applied for. He said he'd make a note to a recruiter closer to my area. After that, I got an email saying the position was filled and no other updates.

First, you gotta apply on publistoragejobs.com. Then, either get a referral from someone working there or just wait for recruiting to hit you up. You can't really check on your application yourself. If the recruiter gets in touch, expect at least 3 interviews. If you nail those, they'll offer you the job. After you accept, they'll do a background check and drug test before you start. Then, you'll get paid training.
