They knew nothing about me, never read my application or my job history or anything. In the end of the interview i have been offer a different position , grade 2 which was very strange as well. When they call me next day , I wasn't surprise as it was more than obvious as they asked only 3 questions, the role was something wasn't very clear on the advert . When I asked feedback, they were not prepare for an answer , they said something that came up in their head.
