& Process

The interviews were fine and standard questions. The only issue was onboarding, which took several weeks and seemed to be the standard across a couple departments. I interviewed in early March and got offered the position in late March/early April but did not start until late May due to onboarding.

Had a pretty extensive interview process, like four rounds, and there was a long wait between each one. It started with a 30 minute phone call, then a zoom meeting with over 3 employees. They also did background checks.

So I applied and heard back a few weeks later. Then I had a phone interview, and about two weeks after that, I had an in-person interview. The in-person interview included a group interview where they asked me the same questions from the phone screen. There was also a writing sample, which they didn't include in the interview time estimate. I got my own space for it, but people kept popping in to say someone else would check on me next because they had meetings. When I finished, I couldn't find anyone to give them the laptop, so I had to wander around looking for someone I'd already interviewed with to make sure it saved and they could take it from me.

A colleague referred me to this job. I submitted an online application and got contacted within a week or two. They had me fill out another application, and then we scheduled a phone interview for a few days later. The call lasted about an hour. They talked about the company's mission, its size, and operations, and then they asked me some questions.
