Technical Other

It was an easy interview, but to never hear back from the company over a month after not only an interview but also a take-home assignment is an unacceptable candidate experience.

Behavioral Case Presentation

The interview process was pretty straightforward and easy to follow. The recruiter was great at keeping me informed throughout. There were a total of 6 interviews, and the whole thing lasted about 6 weeks. Because the role involves working with different departments, you'll meet with people from Product, Legal, Brokerage Ops, and others. It started with a recruiter screening, followed by an interview with the Hiring Manager focusing on behavioral and situational questions. Then, I had to present a take-home case study. After that, there were two more cross-functional interviews, both behavioral and situational. Finally, I interviewed with the Group Head, again covering behavioral and situational aspects.

Behavioral Technical Coding

I applied online and the whole thing took about two weeks. First, there was a phone screen, then a behavioral/technical chat with the Tech Lead. After that, I got a take-home assignment. They reviewed my take-home and did a technical round with live-coding, and then I got the offer.

Behavioral Technical

The interviews are well structured, timely and professional. There are several rounds with various teams (Product, Design, Engineering, etc.) but all are thoroughly enjoyable and provide an opportunity to learn about the company, product and overall culture. There are standard behavioral and technical questions, but you can tell that the interviewers are interested in getting to know you as an individual too.
