Coop
This interview was super great and totally not bad, the vibe was super friendly and welcoming. It was very informative and super on time, a really excellent experience.
- Could you tell me what you know about 3D printing?
Sales
The interview process was pretty intense, so make sure you do your research beforehand. They were cool about the time frame and didn't drag it out. The interviewer seemed to have a standard set of questions they ask everyone.
- Can you share some of your previous experiences that are relevant to this position?
Driver
Applied and got a call within two weeks. They did a background check before the interview. It was an average interview with not too many questions. I got drug tested right after the interview and was set up for training about 2 to 3 days later. After getting more info about the company and finding out I'd have to wait several weeks for my first check, I declined the offer. They mentioned that hours aren't guaranteed and pay fluctuates weekly, which isn't great when you have bills to pay.
- What makes you want to work for P.T.I.?
OTR Driver
I called a toll-free number I saw on a company shuttle van, left a message, and someone called me back a few days later to set up an interview. My resume was looked at on-site before the group interview. Some people didn't make it past the driving record check. Others were cut after failing the drug test.
- We discussed your driving record.
