It was a simple phone call, they asked about my availability and some personal questions. I guess I wasn't what they were looking for. They later called to let me know I wasn't selected.. maybe next time.

The hiring process was really slow in getting things processed. Top management was very unorganized about where I should go for my physical and drug screen. After I drove to the health facility they directed me to, management stalled for over 4 hours before releasing whether they were responsible for the drug screen and physical. Then they delayed me for another week, saying the drug screen results hadn't been received, but I later found out they got them after only 2 days.
