Software Specialist
I went through two rounds, a technical one and a managerial one. There were two interviewers in each round. The technical round covered core Java, then moved on to Hibernate and JPA, and finally Spring Boot.
- What are your core Java skills?
- Can you explain Hibernate?
- What is JPA?
Software Specialist
There were 2 rounds in the interview process. The first round involved writing your own string class and implementing string functions like strlen. Then, they asked about the difference between a Linked List and a Vector, specifically which one has more efficient insertion. They also inquired about design patterns and asked to explain the Singleton design pattern, followed by a question on copy constructors.
- Approximately how many lines of code do you generate daily within your projects?
- Could you elaborate on the internal implementations of Vector and List?
- Please code a linked list data structure and implement a function to retrieve its length.
