I applied online and heard back from a recruiter for an initial phone screen. After that call, the recruiter wanted an email about my interest level and why I thought I'd be a good fit for PTC. About a week later, I was invited to their Blaine, MN office for a final interview. I flew out there for an interview with a consultant and the hiring manager. They asked some pretty tough behavioral questions and a short behavioral case. Then, I was asked again to send an email detailing my interest and why they should hire me. I got a rejection email a few days after that.
- Tell me about a situation where not paying attention caused problems for you.

HR reached out via email to schedule a phone interview. That call was pretty chill and went fine, so I moved on to an in-person interview with two higher-ups. The interview itself was super positive, and over the hour, they really drilled down on my experience with teamwork. It was a bit unclear exactly what the day-to-day would look like, but they were really nice and pretty much offered me the job on the spot, though it wasn't official yet. Just waiting on the formal offer now.
- Can you share an instance where you had to make a decision with limited research time?

The interview process started with a phone interview where they went over my resume. Then, they invited me to Minnesota for an in-person interview which was more challenging and focused on behavioral questions. My advice is to be outgoing, ask many questions, and be likeable because they are selective.
- Tell me about a situation where team members weren't performing well and how you handled it.
