Clinical Supplies Fellow
I went through 3 interviews for this role and was in the final round against one other person. The whole thing took about 6 weeks from when the hiring manager first reached out until I was told they picked someone else. The questions weren't really technical, more like standard entry-level life science industry stuff. Everyone I talked to - the hiring manager, department manager, and associate director - was super nice, easy to talk to, and professional. It was a good interview experience, even though I didn't get the offer.
- What makes you want this job and to be at this company?
Medical Science Liaison
This was a pretty standard interview process. First, I met with HR, then the hiring manager, and then some of the team. We also had to do a presentation on a topic of their choosing. There were a few one-on-one meetings before the group presentation and Q&A. The team was really friendly and professional. Overall, a very positive experience.
- Can you tell me about your previous work experiences and how they relate to this position?
Regulatory Manager
The interview process started with an HR discussion, followed by an interview with the manager. Then, there was a panel interview with six people, including HR, the QA Director, and RA Managers. This was followed by another interview with HR, which felt repetitive with questions from the previous stage. The whole process is quite long, so patience is key and it's advisable to keep interviewing for other roles. Communication from HR can also be slow, so more patience is needed.
- Tell me about your competencies.
- What is your technical expertise?
- How do you approach teamwork?
Project Manager
The interview process was really long and dragged out over several days, which felt like a waste of time. It seems like the company culture isn't great, with poor management and leaders who don't know how to motivate the team or create a positive environment. The interviewer was pretty direct, saying they basically only hire people they already know. So, if you haven't worked with the hiring manager or top management before, don't bother applying. Seriously, don't waste your time on this interview.
- Can you talk about your past experience?
- How would you describe your approach to work?
- Could you elaborate on your technical expertise?
