Behavioral Other

Had a screener and hiring manager interview which were standard. The third round with the CPO was odd - she was distracted and asked strange, general behavioral questions and didn't let me finish my answers. She asked me to tell my life story from birth without mentioning school or work and one question about my family, which felt out of bounds. It did give a good sense of leadership and culture though.

First, there was a screening call with a staffing agency that reviewed my resume. Then, I had an interview with the hiring manager. The offer letter mentions a "$2000 sign on bonus," but it's not really a sign on bonus. You get $1000 in your first paycheck, but you have to pay it back if you leave before 6 months. The other $1000 is given at the 6-month mark, and you keep it if you stay for another 6 months. The onboarding takes about 3 weeks and includes a health screening with advent health.

I applied online and heard back in 3-4 days via email from a recruiter. We set up a phone call a couple days later, which went great. The recruiter then moved me to the second interview, saying I'd hear back in a few days. Luckily, I heard back the next day to schedule a Zoom interview with the lead PSC. We scheduled it for the following Monday. I really wanted this position. The Zoom interview had 2 lead PSCs from different locations. I thought it went really well. I was told I'd hear back on Wednesday about moving forward to a third interview with the manager. I emailed the recruiter on Thursday because I hadn't heard back, though other reviews said there were only 2 rounds. It sucks when I don't hear back in the industry I want, but maybe I dodged a bullet. It would be nice to know if I'm moving forward or rejected to ease my anxiety.

Started with a 25-minute phone pre-screen with the District Manager. Then, the Clinic Director emailed me about 2 days later to set up a face-to-face interview. A week after that, the Clinic Director offered me the job. Two days later, HR sent the official job offer, which needed to be signed electronically, along with paperwork for application, drug screen, and background check. Just a heads-up, HR can be slow with paperwork, so you gotta keep on top of them.

  • The interview felt more like a discussion than a formal Q&A session.
